Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
As all our products are made to order, we accept returns only for defective or damaged items, an incorrect size, or an incorrect item, within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items damaged after delivery, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our team at neoncentre@ukr.net with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
1.3 Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns, including defective or damaged items, an incorrect size, or an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
2.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. And please note that colors and shapes may slightly differ from the photos as all our products are handmade.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
3.1 Reporting Problems
If you receive a damaged or defective item, an incorrect size, or an incorrect item, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide clear photos of the item and the packaging for our assessment.
3.2 Replacement or Refund
We will either replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect item or issue a refund for the full purchase amount, with the company covering the return shipping fee. Our team will guide you through the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
4.1 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
*Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval, especially when it comes to customized items that cannot be resold.
