What is the deadline for making a sign? How much time is needed?
On average, 3-10 working days. We do not work on weekends. Everything depends on the number of elements, complexity, availability of necessary materials, and features of the sign. Write to us if you need it urgently or by a specific date.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. 12 months, if the sign was not damaged due to improper use: mechanical intervention from the outside (vandalism, damage during transportation or installation, improper connection); ingress of moisture, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Transportation of the sign to our workshop and back is at the customer's expense.
I was offered the same thing cheaper. What is the difference?
If the price difference is significant, we offer different products. For example, different technology (real glass, gas neon instead of LED), other sizes (if no specific ones were provided), and different execution (you can follow the provided layout exactly, or you can simplify it, optimize the cost).
It can also be a matter of the quality of materials, neatness in working with them, and attention to detail. Pay attention to how the cables are laid, the quality of the soldering, the performers' experience, and their portfolio (if it is theirs).
How is the payment? What are the options?
For products made to order, we work with advance payment: 70% of the total cost of the sign. Signs according to the ready design from the store for a full subscription. Payment at the FOP using IBAN details or another method (LiqPay, key card number, link, or QR code).
